Terms defined in bold and capitalized have the meanings specified below:

2. Acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale
These Conditions of Sale exclusively regulate the offer, transmission and acceptance of Purchase Orders for products on the site www.instality.com between the Customer and the Seller.
3. Terms of the Contract of Sale
3.1 The customer can buy any product, as described in the information sheet in the pages of this site. Please note that any image in the information sheet may differ from the product chosen for size, color, accessories and anything else specified in the text itself.

3.4 The Contract of Sale will be concluded with the receipt of the Purchase Order except as provided by art. 3.6. The communication of the confirmation of receipt will be by e-mail at the address indicated on the Site by you.
3.5 Conclusion of Contract Instality will pay the Purchase Order.
3.6 Instality reserves the right not to confirm the Purchase Order, thus rendering ineffective the Contract of Sale. By way of example this may occur in the following cases:
- inserting incorrect or false personal data of the Customer
- previous default of the customer against Instality
3.7 By sending electronic Order the customer unconditionally accepts the General Conditions of Sale.
If the customer does not accept some of the terms contained in these Terms and Conditions please do not forward the Purchase Order Product.
3.9 Conclusion of the Contract the Seller will transmit to the customer a receipt of the Purchase Order containing the General Conditions of Sale.
4. Payment of the Products and refund
4.1 The Customer will have to make the payment of the total price indicated in the Purchase Order, according to the time and manner chosen in the Purchase Order.
If payment of the total price is not made within the time expressly indicated in the Purchase Order or as a result of checks is inconsistent with what is indicated in the Purchase Order, the Contract of Sale is automatically terminated.

The shipment of the Products will only be after the accreditation of the entire amount stated in the Contract of Sale.
If paying by credit card, the customer will be redirected on secure servers bank Unicredit Spa and the issuing bank to authenticate the transaction.

The Customer may pay directly from the page of the PayPal site through the procedures indicated. The charge on the PayPal account will be at the time of shipment.
PayPal guarantees the quality of the purchase reimbursing all the product price, including shipping costs, when you do not receive the tool you bought or if the tool does not conform to the specifications listed on Instality.

5. Product Delivery Time and Terms
5.1. Instality delivers to the Customer, via courier, Products confirmed in the Purchase Order. Instality can not in any way be held responsible for acts or inefficiencies attributable to the carrier.
5.2 In addition to the standard delivery, can be selected when ordering additional services (for example: fast delivery, delivery on appointment, insurance ...). Availability and costs of such services are clearly indicated on the Site prior to confirmation of the Purchase Order.
5.3 Unless otherwise specified the delivery of the Products is conducted "roadside", near the Civic specified by the customer, or, if the civic indicated was in pedestrian zones delivery will be at the closest point accessible by vehicle courier.

5.6 Delivery of the products will be selected at the Purchase Order. The Customer undertakes to verify, for each Purchase Order, that information relating to the delivery addresses are correct.
5.7 Delivery of products is subject to payment by the customer, the sum indicated in the Purchase Order.
Conditions and terms of delivery other than those provided in the Contract of Sale must be agreed between the customer and Instality and accepted in writing.

6.1 Legal guarantee of the Consumer: Pursuant to the effects of artt.128 and ss. of Decree 206/2005 ("Consumer Code") as amended on all products purchased by the Consumer Instality exists a legal guarantee of 24 months.
In particular, the Seller is liable to the consumer for any lack of conformity which exists at the time of delivery.
The non-compliance exists between each other when:

9. Right of Withdrawal
9.1 The consumer has the right to terminate the Contract of Sale, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days from the day of receipt of the Product.

9.5 The costs of returning the product are charged to the consumer.
9.6 In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, Instality will check for returned Products and refund within 14 days of receipt of the products authorized or, in the case of non-receipt, as long as the consumer will prove to have them returned by the deadline.
9.7 Instality reimburse only the products returned intact in the original packing and in normal condition and will not be required to reimburse the additional costs such as, but not limited to, preparation costs, service costs extra customization costs or costs of transport.
10. Storage Mode contract
Pursuant to the Decree Law 70/2003, article 12, Instality inform the customer that any order sent will be stored in digital form on servers Instality criteria of confidentiality and security.
11. Communications and Complaints

Instality respond using the telephone number, email address or mailing address specified by the customer during the registration and / or purchase, unless otherwise requested by the customer.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
12.1 The General Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and in particular by the Civil Code and, where applicable, by DL 206/2005 and D. L. 70/2003.
12.2 Subject to the provisions of the Decree Law 206/2005, for any dispute arising between the parties the competent court is the Court of Parma.
